SHIPPING & RETURNS

Shipping Policy

Please allow 2-3 business days to process your order before it ships out. All orders are processed Monday-Friday. If an order is placed on the weekend (Saturday & Sunday), it will be verified and prepared on the next business day.

Once your order is shipped and tracking if provided, it is estimated your order will take 5-7 days to arrive (for all domestic shipping). Neutral Notes is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages.

International shipping charges will be calculated upon checkout.

Return & Exchange Policy

Sometimes items don't quite work out and that's okay. We offer a 14 day return policy from the date you receive your shipment. Please return the item(s) in their original condition - unworn, unwashed, with no visible sign of wear and with original tags attached as received.

All customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Please be sure to request a receipt upon check out at your postal service in order to acquire tracking. We are not responsible for lost packages, but having a tracking number will make it easier to locate.

We do not offer exchanges. If you would like to change a size/item that is different from your original purchase, please return the original item and place a new order.

We are unable to change or cancel your order once it has been placed.
